Fixx provides website repair, speed optimization, server management, and migration services. We provide a "flat-rate quote" based strictly on the details provided in your initial inquiry. If the scope of the problem extends beyond the original description (e.g., hidden malware, secondary server failures), we reserve the right to pause work and issue a revised quote for your approval before continuing.
3. Turnaround Times
Our stated "48-hour turnaround" for standard fixes begins only after we have received payment (or deposit) and have been granted full, working access to the necessary servers, hosting panels, or website dashboards. Complex migrations or deep-level server rescues may require additional time, which will be communicated during the quoting process.
4. Client Responsibilities
To provide our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, temporary credentials to your website or hosting environment.
- Maintain a recent backup of your website prior to our intervention (unless backup generation is part of the requested service).
- Respond to our technicians in a timely manner to prevent project delays.
5. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that editing code and server configurations carries inherent risks. While we take every professional precaution, Fixx shall not be held legally or financially liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, server downtime, or third-party damages that occur before, during, or after our service intervention. We highly recommend maintaining strict external backups of your digital assets.
